Why are some of my editing tools, such as link icon or image icon, missing from my formatting window?

If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher, then this problem is related to a caching issue.

In most instances, you can resolve the problem by:

1. Logging into your site.
2. Toggling to author mode from the middle icon named Page View.
3. Going to the very right icon named Properties & Actions and selecting Clear & Update cache.
4. You might have to log out and log back in.
